About Us

Misty's career began through humble beginnings as a work-study student at The Ohio State University, where she had the unexpected opportunity to perform special project work as a student employee.  Through these experiences, Misty found her love for business process optimization, project delivery, and people.  After college, Misty began her professional career in operation support for Human Capital Management functions, where she had a keen ability to increase efficiency and reduce costs through process improvements.  The drive for improvement landed Misty in the driver's seat of one of the largest Enterprise-wide implementations L Brands had undertaken at the time, Peoplesoft HCM.  After several years of implementation and supporting the organization, she was primed for the consulting world.  Misty began consulting at ADP, moving into Project Management, obtaining her PMP certification in December of 2014 as she moved into an Engagement Leader role. Her passion for transformation, project, and program management expanded into other SaaS industries, such as Global Supply Chain at Infor and Sales Execution Software at Outreach.  

While at Outreach, her most recent organizational role, she served as a Senior Leader within the Professional Services Organization, helping scale the organization from 30 people to over 70, including building the Program Management role and the Project Management Office function.   Misty had responsibility for PMO implementation delivery methodology and results of Program, Project, Technical, and Transformation consultant roles.  She established new transformation programming for projects of all sizes providing customers with critical change management methodology to improve adoption as their sales organizations digitalize their workflow.  She led Outreach’s Women’s Network Employee Resource Group focused on membership while helping organize communications.

In Misty's personal time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, two dogs, and family in any capacity, whether traveling, playing cards, crafting, streaming movies/shows, or walking outdoors.  Misty has a knack for staying busy, which typically includes family time, working around the house, or working on special projects such as creating home décor or holiday gifts.  She is devoted to supporting the progress of improving research and medical awareness related to Ehlers-Danlos and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome due to the recent diagnosis of her daughter.

In early 2023, after 20 years in Professional Services Delivery, helping organizations execute and scale their organizations, the optimum opportunity to start Bond Management Consulting Services came about.  

Founder Misty Bond graduated from The Ohio State University with studies in Behavioral Health and Psychology.  She graduated with a secondary degree in Information Technology and obtained her Master's in Management of Information Systems Management.  

With a strong consulting, technical, and project management background, Misty sought to share her expertise as an independent contractor with clients.  Bond Management Consulting aims to grow a practice of customer-first-oriented consultants and project managers to drive value to clients across North America.
